Remember that the ICBC Claims adjuster works for an insurer and is the insurer's representative in the settlement process. It is their job to review your accident and injuries, assign fault for the accident, approve the payment of medical expenses and benefits and, eventually, settle your ICBC claim. It's worth repeating here that adjusters work for the insurer, not for you.
