What will ICBC pay for as "No Fault Benefits"?

Make sure you talk to your adjuster to see if you are entitled to any or all of the following benefits:

  • Up to 75% of your average gross weekly earnings to a maximum of $300 per week. These are called "total temporary disability benefits" or "TTDs." ICBC will require confirmation of your income from your employer.
  • Disability benefits to homemakers to a maximum of $145 per week.
  • Medical and rehabilitation expenses which may include physiotherapy, chiropractic treatments, a custom-equipped motor vehicle, alterations to your home, attendant care, group residence fees, wheelchairs, medically prescribed beds, special medical equipment, communication aids, vocational or other training.
  • Funeral expenses.
  • Death benefits.
